A source-attributed reference to doses used in human research or licensed product information, alongside recurring clinic, specialist and community protocols. Different routes, formulations and evidence levels are kept separate rather than averaged into one misleading “dose”.
Reference, not a prescription. Human-study doses belong to the population, route and formulation actually studied. Clinic/community schedules document reported practice and may be unsupported or unsafe. They are not recommendations. For unapproved compounds, no table here establishes a safe human dose.

The 48-week Phase 2 trial is unusually useful because it directly compared fixed and escalating schedules. Keep all six schedules rather than reducing them to '1–9 mg weekly'.

The evidence for topical GHK-Cu cannot be used to validate systemic injection. Modern reviews explicitly describe the human clinical literature as thin and fragmented.
The community's repeated SC boluses are not the same regimen as the strongest chronic human study, which used continuous weight-based infusion. A 5-day human SC study also found attenuation of the GH response.

Evidence reality check
Kisspeptin-10 has clear acute human dose-response data, but essentially no evidence validating repeated community SC schedules. Reproductive state and sex materially change response.
KLOW protocols disagree substantially. Because the vial is fixed at 50:10:10:10, PP should always display both total blend and each component amount. No human trial validates the combination.
KPV is a good example where PP should resist false precision: preclinical concentrations do not translate into a human dose, and retail/community figures have no completed human dose-finding trial behind them.

Semaglutide has strong licensed and Phase-3 dosing evidence. PP should distinguish Wegovy obesity dosing from Ozempic diabetes dosing and should not call community 'microdosing' an evidence-based regimen.
Clinic/community; not established Russian licensed schedule
Evidence reality check
Semax dosing is indication- and formulation-dependent. Acute Russian neurological protocols can be many times larger than Western nootropic schedules, so PP should not collapse them into a single 200–600 mcg figure.
Modern 200–600 mcg bedtime schedules are compounded-clinic conventions, not a continuation of a currently licensed US product. Historical weight-based dosing and modern wellness dosing should remain separate.

TB-500 sold online is generally described as a fragment/analogue and is not interchangeable with full-length thymosin-β4 used in human IV studies. PP must not cite full-length Tβ4 trials as proof that mg-level SC TB-500 works.

Tirzepatide has strong licensed dosing evidence. PP should present the FDA ladder prominently, then separately document slower or sub-label community practice rather than blending them into the approved schedule.
Units are arithmetic, not dose. Syringe “units” depend on concentration. PP therefore leads with mg, mcg, IU or mL and keeps reconstitution arithmetic in the calculator rather than pretending that a number of syringe units is universal.
