Finding the underlying evidence
Each guide provides direct search links to PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov for the compound. These are starting points, not endorsements of every paper or trial returned.
Priority is given to peer-reviewed human trials, regulator/product information for approved medicines, trial registries, systematic reviews and primary mechanistic papers where human outcome data are not available.
